Golden State Region Annual Meeting and Tour
The first annual meeting of the new Golden State Region of the Plymouth Owners Club. This was an all day affair with members driving in from as far as 265 miles away. Our oldest car was a 1931 PA and the newest Plymouth was a 1950 Suburban. We had participants as young as 8 and as old as 90. Everyone who attended enjoyed themselves and it was good to meet Plymouth enthusiasts from all over the state of California.
By coincidence, there was a west coast meet for the Crosley club at the same hotel some of us stayed at. And there was a big VW meet in the area the day of our tour. Seeing several split window Beetles in the restaurant parking lot told us something was up. So there was plenty of automotive items to look at and talk about.
