Plymouth: The First Decade

July 4, 2001 - Sunnyvale Fourth of July Party

The City of Sunnyvale hosted a Fourth of July Party at the Baylands Park and invited the Santa Clara Valley Chapter of the Model A Ford Club to bring some antique cars. I heard about it through the local Model T Ford club and took my Plymouth. The weather was warm but pleasant, there were about 20 Model A Fords, three Model T Fords and the new car: My 1933 Plymouth. In addition to the cars the city had set up a midway with games for all ages. There was stage with live music. All in all a very pleasant way to spend the afternoon on the Fourth of July.
